100 minute Pilates Principles Workshop


The 100 minute Pilates Principles workshop is an in-depth investigation into the eight key principles of Pilates, exploring how they can be implemented into the Pilates mat work exercises. This workshop is aimed at beginners interested in developing their knowledge of the exercise form, or more experienced Pilates practitioners eager to reconnect with the fundamentals of the discipline.

Delivered by Nick Smith

Nick Smith is a professional professional dancer and dance teacher graduating in 2010. Nick is also completing his Dance Science MSc which he will be graduating from in 2020.

Nick is not only renowned Freelance Yoga, Pilates and fitness personal instructor, he's also a part time Lecturer in Dance at De Montfort and Wolverhampton Universities.
