In this course, Michelle Nickin, SYT, looks at the key principles of yoga and breaks down physical yoga postures so that you can understand them clearly! Also included are simple meditation, breathing & relaxation techniques too

  • 6 individual videos exploring the 6 key principles of yoga 
  • 6 physical yoga classes breaking down postures so you can understand them clearly 
  • 6 breathing exercises working up to short periods of meditation
